Elizabeth Girling Presents at LeadingAge Colorado Annual Conference

GLENDALE – Elizabeth Girling, Vice President of Operations for WellAge Senior Living, joined peers from around Colorado at LeadingAge Colorado’s annual conference in Vail in May. Girling shared her expertise on a panel of professionals who discussed “Innovative Approaches in Senior Care.” The panel explored cutting-edge strategies transforming senior living and care, including how technology is leveraged, personalized services are being offered, and how evidence-based practices are being incorporated to enhance the quality of life for senior living residents.

Girling joined WellAge to oversee day-to-day operations for WellAge Senior Living communities, assisting with aspects of financial management, sales and marketing development and project management. She is a certified Montessori Dementia Professional with additional certifications in CPI Dementia Capable Care and the Eden Alternative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Wisconsin Stout.
