WellAge’s Elizabeth Girling Selected to Moderate and Speak at Professional Events

GLENDALE, Colo. – WellAge Senior Living, a Colorado-based senior care management company, announced that Vice President of Operations Elizabeth Girling was selected to be involved in two professional industry events.

On Feb. 12, she moderated the Operators Panel at the 2025 Senior Housing & Care Conference and Expo at The Cable Center in Denver. The panel featured industry leaders from several regional senior living providers. Discussions focused on key trends, including occupancy rates, emerging product types like 55+ communities, post-acquisition renovations and repositioning, senior dining trends, AI integration, and real-time applications of operational systems. The Colorado Real Estate Journal hosted the event.

Girling was also a featured speaker at the Colorado Health Care Association & Center for Assisted Living’s training on Feb. 26. Her presentation, “Build Relationships to Prevent Complaints,” offered attendees strategies for building strong relationships with residents, families, and vendors to minimize conflict and support an age-in-place model.

Girling joined WellAge to oversee day-to-day operations for WellAge Senior Living communities, assisting with aspects of financial management, sales and marketing development and project management. She is a certified Montessori Dementia Professional with additional certifications in CPI Dementia Capable Care and the Eden Alternative.
