GLENDALE — WellAge Senior Living, a respected managed services organization for independent, assisted and memory care living, has named Laura Hale, long-time Sales and Marketing Director at Jackson Creek Senior Living, as Regional Director of Sales for the organization’s portfolio of senior living properties. Hale will work closely with WellAge’s local sales and leasing agents in developing strategies for reaching prospective seniors and their families.
Hale started her career in senior care more than a decade ago as a skilled nursing concierge and later became an interim community liaison. At Jackson Creek Senior Living, Laura joined the team as a move-in coordinator, transitioned into the sales associate role and then Director of Sales & Marketing.
“Laura has worked in many aspects of senior living, and she has earned the respect of families, residents and colleagues at Jackson Creek,” said Elizabeth Girling, WellAge Vice President of Operations. “She is organized, a problem-solver and has a proven track record. She has worked with Jackson Creek Senior Living since it opened and has helped to keep the community at or near capacity.”
Hale will work closely with each WellAge community’s sales team to tailor an integrated marketing and outreach plan for families, referral sources and community partners.
