WellAge Senior Living Names Cody Sell Regional Director of Sales

GLENDALE, Colo. – WellAge Senior Living, a locally owned managed services organization for senior living communities, has named Cody Sell as Regional Director of Sales. Sell will work closely with WellAge’s local sales and marketing teams to create strategies for attracting and retaining senior residents.

As regional director of sales, Sell coordinates sales and marketing efforts across WellAge’s communities, supports local leasing teams with sales techniques and technology, and maintains and communicates with the team industry knowledge and trends. He is also responsible for training, goal setting, and ensuring consistency in services being delivered to seniors.

Sell previously worked for more than six years with Holiday Senior Living, as both an assistant and general manager, and he worked with Springhill Suites by Marriott as an assistant general manager and guest services manager. When he first joined WellAge, he was the executive director of Arbor View Senior Living in Arvada before being tapped for the regional sales director role.

“I started my career in the hospitality industry, working in hotels, and I knew at the age of 15 that I loved helping people in all aspects,” he said. “When I was introduced to the senior living industry, I found it was very comparable to the hospitality industry, and I fell in love with helping and serving seniors.”
