April 2021 News from The Lodge at Grand Junction
April 6, 2021
As we head into spring, we have plenty to be thankful for at The Lodge at Grand Junction. With in-person tours and limited visitations underway, life is starting to gain more normalcy. We have reopened the dining room and we’ll begin scheduling outdoor trips, socially distanced excursions, and alfresco entertainment when weather permits.
This month we’re excited to welcome Julie Andrews, the daughter of one of our residents, who will bring a baby lamb from her farm for residents to pet and cuddle. If you’re not ready to schedule an in-person tour, virtual visits are still an option. Whatever your comfort level, we can’t wait to welcome you back to our community!
Community Spotlight: Serenity Engage App
The Serenity Engage app has been a lifesaver for The Lodge at Grand Junction, offering HIPAA-compliant back and forth real-time messaging so families and team members can communicate about a resident’s care via text, photo and video. Visit our website to read more about the Hanna family’s positive experience using this state-of-the-art app.
