Our Corporate Compliance Process
Individually and as a company, WellAge Senior Living shares a commitment to legal, ethical and professional conduct in everything we do. As team members of WellAge, we support these commitments in our work each day.
Our Corporate Compliance Process is a structure to teach, support and monitor these commitments. We are responsible for supporting the Compliance Process in every aspect of our workplace behavior and adhering to the Compliance Process as it applies to our jobs.
Our specific communication and reporting process for compliance issues is called the Three-Step Reporting Process and should be used whenever a WellAge team member has a question or concern. We encourage team members to seek answers until all questions are resolved.
Team members must promptly report actual or potential wrongdoings, as these reports may involve possible violations of law, regulations, policies and procedures, or the Code of Conduct.
Three-Step Reporting Process:
- First step, speak to your supervisor. Your supervisor should be familiar with the laws, regulations, and policies that relate to your work.
- If you find yourself uncomfortable voicing your concerns with your supervisor or are not satisfied with the response you receive, talk to the Executive Director.
- If you still have a concern, contact the Compliance Team or call our 24-hour hotline at 877-266-1924. All contacts are confidential and can remain anonymous.
